Henry Thomas, chercheur à France Telecom R&D. Après une thèse sur les calculateurs parallèles , j'ai travaillé sur les systèmes multi agents et les communautés d'utilisateurs à France Telecom R&D. Depuis cinq ans, je suis au Studio Créatif de FTRD à Rennes une équipe d'ergonomes, d'ingénieurs et de sociologues. Je décrirais mon activité comme étant celle de produire des "concept-services", tout comme Renault fait des concept-cars. Je réfléchis sur (et maquette) des services issus de réflexions avec des utilisateurs, des artistes en essayant d'explorer les angles morts de la recherche à FTRD.
